Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or digital-delivery reasons:

  • Snacks & confectioneries

  • Beauty & skincare

  • Fragrances

  • Earrings

  • Custom/personalised jewellery

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale/clearance items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet processed or shipped.
